The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to provide a quality conveyancing service. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our successful Residential Property team.

Fosters Solicitors promotes a friendly open culture throughout the business, our large Residential Property department covers three offices. The position available is based in our Norwich office.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a structured team with clear responsibilities using your own initiative. Our focus is outstanding client care and communication.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting a property lawyer with client matters, assisting with administration tasks and meeting clients.
• Issuing draft contracts, submitting searches, liaising with and providing updates to clients and suppliers of business with confidence.
• Dealing with enquiries on both freehold and leasehold sales.
• Reporting to clients on mortgage offers and searches.
• Dealing with completion arrangements and administration.
• Ability to use a case management system to self-produce your own work.
• Delivering a high level of customer care and service standard to clients and providers of conveyancing matters.
• Working efficiently and effectively in a busy environment.

Further training will be provided and the opportunity to develop is available to the right candidate.
