Simon is a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team having specialised in commercial and insolvency litigation for over 25 years. He is very experienced in commercial claims for and against business clients, shareholder disputes, director defence work, and claims brought by or against his clients under the Insolvency Act 1986.
Simon can help with clear and pragmatic advice in relation to difficult and complex claims whether brought by you or against you and/or your business. He is a proactive and technically proficient lawyer, with a long-standing success rate of delivering the best outcomes for his clients.
He likes to work closely with his clients in a way that suits them and so is always happy to come to clients for meetings rather than the other way around. He has dealt with some very high value and complex cases and is now enjoying bringing the lessons learned from those cases into focus for Fosters Solicitors’ clients.
Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 1995, spending his career between London and East Anglia, before joining the Fosters Solicitors’ partnership in April 2024.
