About Sabrina

How Sabrina can help you

Since joining Fosters, Sabrina has developed a strong focus on corporate and transactional work, advising on a range of business sales, acquisitions, and corporate structuring matters. She regularly assists on drafting key documents including asset purchase agreements, share purchase agreements and ancillary documents. Sabrina supports clients through the life cycle of a transaction from initial heads of terms, through to completion and post-completion matters. Alongside her corporate work, Sabrina continues to advise on a broad range of commercial contracts to the firm’s innovative Fosters In House service.

Sabrina is known for her commercially focused and client-centric approach. She provides clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s objectives. Clients value her strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts in straightforward terms. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and working collaboratively as an extension of her client’s businesses.

Sabrina was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2023. Prior to joining Fosters in April 2025, she worked at other regional firms and built strong experience advising start-ups, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations across a range of sectors including retail, education, healthcare, professional services and technology.

She is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is committed to ongoing professional development.

Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends and taking part in charitable activities. As a fitness enthusiast, she is hoping to use her personal training qualifications to teach Pilates.
