Ranked number one in East Anglia

In 2026, Fosters was named the number one law firm in East Anglia for client recommendation by the Legal 500 client research, achieving the region’s highest Net Promoter Score (NPS).

The independent research, published by Legal 500, analysed more than 5,000 client responses and ranked law firms across the region based on how likely their clients were to recommend them to others. In the East Anglia rankings, Fosters secured the number one position, ahead of a number of well-known regional firms.

The rankings were based on responses to a key question asked as part of Legal 500’s annual research programme: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?“

Those responses were then used to calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS), one of the most widely recognised measures of client satisfaction and loyalty. In professional services, where trust and relationships are paramount, a strong NPS is a powerful indicator of client experience and service quality.

According to the 2026 findings, the top 10 firms in East Anglia by Legal 500 Net Promoter Score were:

7. Barr Ellison
8. Howes Percival
