Temporary Norwich reception arrangements
LATEST UPDATEWe are currently carrying out improvements to our Norwich office to enhance the experience of our clients and visitors. As part of these works, our main reception area at William House, Bank Plain, Norwich is temporarily closed while refurbishment takes place. During this period, all visitors and clients attending appointments will be welcomed at our temporary reception, located just down the street from our current entrance, at:
8–10 Bank Street, Norwich, NR2 4SE.
Our team is on hand to guide you and ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions or accessibility requirements, please do get in touch ahead of your visit.
Opening hours:
Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public bank holidays). Our main switchboards are also open between 9am to 5pm and connect to an answerphone at other times. Emergency numbers are given out of hours.
