Fosters Solicitors has been highly commended for sustaining an extremely high level of compliance against two national quality standards.

Once again the firm has been reaccredited with Lexcel, The Law Society’s legal practice quality mark, and the Cabinet Office-endorsed, Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE).

Both require the firm to be independently audited each year against strict criteria, assessing key areas of practice management and client care.

This year sees the firm reach a decade of holding the Lexcel accreditation and four years of achieving the CSE standard.

Confirming the news of these milestones, Practice Director Andrea Spooner, said: “The accreditation and audit process is an important part of our annual calendar here at Fosters Solicitors, helping us refine and embed key working practices throughout the firm, including our drive for excellent client service.

It’s testament to the wonderful and hard-working colleagues we have here, that this year marks our tenth year of holding the Lexcel standard and that we receive glowing feedback about both our culture and the management of the firm.”
