Gorleston Clifftop Festival Special Offers
We are taking part in the 2026 Gorleston Clifftop Festival, where our Residential Property and Wills, Trusts & Probate teams are promoting two special offers.
The terms and conditions for which are as follows:
1. This offer (the “Offer”) is only open to clients of Fosters Solicitors LLP’s (Fosters) Lowestoft office who are purchasing residential property services, or the drafting of a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney (Qualifying Clients).
2. Subject to these terms and conditions, Qualifying Clients are entitled to a discount on Foster’s legal fees, as follows:
a. Qualifying Clients purchasing residential property services shall be entitled to a discount of £100 against Fosters’ basic legal fees in relation to their residential property transaction; and
b. Qualifying Clients purchasing the drafting of a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney shall be entitled to a discount of 10% against Fosters’ legal fees for such matter.
3. The discount shall only apply against Fosters’ legal fees and shall not be applied against any other costs (including but not limited to costs incurred in verifying a client’s identity or their source of funds, or costs associated with the transmission of funds such as bank transfer fees) or other third party costs or disbursements.
4. The Offer shall be limited to one use per Qualifying Client.
5. The Offer is not valid in respect of any advice provided by Fosters’ Commercial Property department, or any advice provided in relation to any trust, probate or the administration of any estate.
6. The Offer is not valid in respect of any instructions given to Fosters’ Norwich or Wymondham offices.
7. The Offer is only valid between 1 August 2026 and 1 September 2026 (Offer Period). In order to qualify for this Offer, a Qualifying Client must confirm their instructions for Fosters to proceed with the provision of legal advice in relation to the relevant matter during the Offer Period. The Offer will not apply to any advice provided by Fosters, if instructions for Fosters to proceed with the provision of legal advice in relation to the relevant matter are received before or after the Offer Period (even if the transaction completes during the Offer Period or is initially quoted for during the Offer Period).
8. This Offer must be taken as stated and there is no cash value nor cash alternative. This Offer cannot at any time be redeemed for cash or credit, or exchanged for any other benefit.
9. Fosters reserves the right to refuse redemption of the Offer where fraud or breach of these terms is suspected.
10. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
11. Fosters reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer at its discretion.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
