Andrea Spooner
Andrea is our Practice Director and heads the Communications team. She leads on administrative and compliance management and helps drive bespoke business and partnership projects.
About Andrea
Andrea joined Fosters Solicitors in November 1994 and has played a key role in the firm’s growth and development ever since. Over the years, she has taken on responsibility for client care and staff care administration, compliance, and the delivery of a variety of departmental and firm-wide projects, including mergers with other law firms. She became part of the management team in 2008 and, in 2009, was among the first non-lawyers in England and Wales to be granted partner status by The Law Society. Later that year, Andrea became an Equity Partner and has continued to serve on both the Board and Executive Committee in her role as Practice Director. As a member of the firm’s senior management team, Andrea is also the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for the Lexcel quality standard, helping to ensure the firm maintains the high standards of client care, compliance and practice management for which it is recognised.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys cooking, travelling, following football and spending time with her family.
