Lisa is a Partner of the firm and heads up our Wills, Trusts & Probate team, working across all three of our branches – but with leading responsibility for our Lowestoft office where she is primarily based.

Lisa has over a decade of experience in supporting individuals and families in the field of wills, trusts and probate. She is described in The Legal 500 UK as a “shining light in what is essentially a very dark and sad time.”

Through Rosedale Training, Lisa has completed a training course on supporting those bereaved by suicide.

Lisa is vastly experienced in all areas, but specialises in the administration of estates, execution of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and acting on behalf of professional Deputies and Attorneys.

She provides empathetic and professional support, aiming to navigate clients through what can be complex situations in a friendly and straightforward way – working with you to fully understand your wishes and requirements.

Lisa began her legal career back in 1986 starting out as PA to the senior partner of a London law firm, before becoming PA to the Head of International Litigation at a large West End firm.

She moved with her family to Norfolk in 1997 to become the practice manager at a niche firm specialising in employment law. Later joining the private client team of another law firm as a wills, trusts and probate paralegal.

Lisa joined Fosters in 2014, becoming an Associate in 2016. She was appointed head of department in 2019, before joining the partnership in April 2021.

Outside of work Lisa enjoys cooking, eating out, reading, walking, and travel – with a particular fondness for Italy!
