Niamh works with Associate Solicitor Lauren Beldom on a wide range of Family Law matters, both public law care proceedings and a range of private law matters including but not limited to child arrangements, non-molestation orders/domestic abuse matters and occupation orders. She also has previous experience of working in non-contentious areas, such as residential conveyancing, Court of Protection and private client law.
Before joining Fosters in June 2025, Niamh graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2023 with a 2.1 in LLB Law and a commendation for her performance in Mental Health Law and Policy, achieving the highest mark of her cohort.
Niamh will become a Trainee Solicitor with the firm in September 2026 and commence the completion of her Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside working at Fosters, remaining in the family team for her first seat.
Niamh is head of social media for the Norfolk and Norwich Junior Lawyers Division Committee and has co-authored articles for Family Law Week. She is also on the committee of the Norwich Business Women’s Network and is head of the Fosters’ sports committee.
Outside of work, Niamh plays netball and loves to read and travel: before joining Fosters, she travelled for a year across parts of Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
