How Sue can help you

Sue heads a team of very experienced conveyancers and offers a friendly but professional service. She is here to help with a range of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, first registrations, re-mortgages, transfer of part (i.e. sale or purchase of garden land), and new build and retirement properties.

Sue enjoys building a personal relationship with her clients and ensures that each one receives a personal experience with Fosters, working closely with her experienced team throughout the transaction to reach a satisfactory conclusion, whether the matter is straightforward or complicated.

Sue is a member of CILEX and has undertaken their Level 3 qualifications and is also studying for level 6. She is currently applying to become a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner.

Sue joined Fosters in April 2006 as a Personal Assistant in the conveyancing department and then became a fee earner within the team in 2009, based in the Norwich office.
