Josh is a Partner of the firm and our Head of Corporate, who advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholders’ and investment agreements, as well as general corporate advisory work.

Josh advises a wide range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including well established private businesses, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and start-ups. He has experience in a number of sectors, including property, food and beverage, dental and healthcare, insurance, financial services and technology.

Josh joined the Business & Commercial team at Fosters in April 2021 as Head of Corporate. He joined the firm’s partnership in October 2024.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2014, he built his post-qualification experience at two London-based firms.

A native of Essex, Josh has moved to Norfolk with his family – and although he enjoys football, art galleries and music, his hands are very much full looking after his twin daughters with his wife.
