Fosters named Firm of the Year at Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Excellence Awards
Everyone at Fosters Solicitors is delighted to have been named Firm of the Year at the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Excellence Awards 2026.
Held this year at The Assembly House in Norwich, the annual awards bring together legal professionals from across the region to celebrate the achievements of Norfolk’s legal community.

Fosters was shortlisted alongside Birketts in the Firm of the Year category, which recognises firms that not only deliver high-quality legal services and client care, but also make a positive contribution to their communities, support charitable causes and help develop the next generation of legal professionals.
The award caps what has been a particularly positive year for the firm.
Over the last twelve months, Fosters has been named the number one law firm in East Anglia for client recommendation following independent Legal 500 client research, while also successfully achieving both Customer Service Excellence (CSE) and Lexcel reaccreditations. The firm also received Best Employers Eastern Region Silver Accreditation, reflecting the experiences and feedback of its colleagues.
Alongside this, Fosters has continued to strengthen its connection with the local community through a range of partnerships and initiatives, including its work with Norwich City Football Club and its Charity of the Year programme.
Chris Brown, Chief Executive Officer at Fosters Solicitors, said: “We’re incredibly proud to receive this award and it’s a wonderful recognition for everyone across the firm.
“What makes it particularly special is that it reflects so many different aspects of what we strive to achieve every day – supporting our clients, investing in our people and playing an active role in the communities we serve.
“This has been a fantastic year for Fosters, but achievements like this are very much a collective effort. Every colleague across the firm has played a part and I would like to thank them for the commitment, care and professionalism they continue to show.
“I’d also like to thank the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society and Smith & Pinching for their recognition, and congratulate all of the winners and those shortlisted on the evening. Norfolk has a strong and supportive legal community, and it was a pleasure to celebrate alongside so many organisations doing great work.”
