We are seeking to appoint a Duty Solicitor to join Damien Moore within our Legal 500 top-tier criminal law department, specialising in general crime and regulatory proceedings in Norwich.
We are ideally looking for an experienced criminal law practitioner, already qualified as a Duty Solicitor. However, we will also consider candidates who are aspiring to, or currently working towards, duty solicitor accreditation.
The successful candidate will undertake a range of advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court, provide advice and assistance to clients in police custody, and hold some responsibility for Crown Court cases. The role offers a unique balance of work, with a healthy mix of legal aid general crime and private client matters.
