Peter contacted Fosters Solicitors following his diagnosis of mesothelioma, which is a severe form of cancer primarily linked to asbestos exposure.
Peter wished to pursue an industrial disease claim for what he believed to be the cause of his illness – exposure to asbestos from the mid-1960s to the early 1990s. Over that period, he had worked for four different firms, including within a shipyard environment.
