Support Finnbar’s Force this July with Fosters’ Charity Will Month

This July, Fosters Solicitors is proud to once again support a cause close to our hearts by launching a special Charity Will Month, to raise vital funds for our charity of the year, Finnbar’s Force.

Throughout the month of July, our specialist Wills, Trusts & Probate team will be donating 10% of all fixed fee work to this incredible charity, helping support children and families affected by childhood cancer in Norfolk.

How your appointment makes a difference

If you’re considering putting your affairs in order or updating your Will, there’s no better time. Whether it’s creating a Will, Codicil, Lasting Power of Attorney (including business LPAs), or one of our tailored Will and LPA packages, 10% of the fee you pay will go directly to Finnbar’s Force.*

That means for a typical fixed fee service priced at £750, £75 will be donated to the charity, at no extra cost to you.

About Finnbar’s Force

Finnbar’s Force was founded in 2017 by the Cork family in memory of Finnbar, who tragically passed away at just five years old, after a short brave battle with a rare aggressive brain tumour.

Determined to see something good happen in Finnbar’s name, the charity based in Hethersett near Norwich, has gone from strength to strength, with the aim of raising awareness of tumours in young children and funding practical and emotional help for local families living with childhood cancer.

Fosters has partnered with Finnbar’s Force since 2024, focusing our own internal fundraising efforts on supporting the charity with their objectives, as well as providing volunteers for their events and holding free legal surgeries for their service users. We very much hope this Charity Will Month will help support our fundraising efforts even further.

*Terms and Conditions

Fosters Solicitors will donate 10% of our fixed fee work during July 2025 to Finnbar’s Force.

This includes:

• Wills.
• Codicils.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), including Business LPAs.
• Will and LPA Packages.
• The donation is 10% of Fosters’ fee only. For example, if the fee is £750, we will donate £75.

The 10% donation excludes and does not apply to:

• Third-party disbursements such as probate court fees or Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) fees.
• Costs for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or ID checks.
• Any services to which any other offer or discount has already been, or will be, applied.

This campaign applies to all fixed fee bookings with any lawyer in our Wills, Trusts & Probate team for appointments in July 2025.

Bookings must fall within July to qualify.

Donations will not apply to services rendered outside of this month.

Hourly rate work, including probate and estate administration, is not included in this campaign.
