Ashley is Joint Head of our Commercial Property team and an Associate of the firm. He has over 15 years of experience in property law and helps clients with a wide range of commercial property matters.
How Ashley can help you
Ashley has been working in the legal sector for over 15 years, spending seven of those working within residential conveyancing, before making the move to the Fosters Solicitors’ Commercial Property team in February 2024. He became an Associate of the firm in September 2025.
Ashley has a very good local knowledge of property and prides himself on providing clients with a professional and friendly service.
In addition to freehold and leasehold purchases, Ashley can help you with lease extensions, deed of variations, unregistered properties, adverse possession claims, transfer of equities and remortgages.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with his young family and playing football, which includes playing in a football league called Match of the Dads, which sponsors the Charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and participated in a 24-hour football match. Ashley also enjoys watching sports, including boxing.
