Zachary is a Paralegal in our Business & Commercial department offering a range of specialised advice to our Fosters In House clients on issues from fair redundancy process to complex grievance procedures, as well as assisting both employees and employers with claims in the Employment Tribunal.
Having spent a decade working in the legal industry, Zachary has a great deal of experience in Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment, including general Employment Tribunal advocacy. Zachary strives to provide excellent service and empathetic support to all clients in all circumstances.
Zachary has worked in the legal sector since he became a student of the UEA Law School in 2015. In that time, he has held roles in a number of specialisms including Personal Injury and Medical Negligence as well as Employment Law, Discrimination Law and Legal Compliance.
Fond of a case-specific multidisciplinary approach, Zachary is incredibly mindful of the ways in which our client’s legal needs can overlap into multiple areas of law at once. As such, he works hard to ensure that each and every client receives tailored advice suited to their specific matter.
