Fosters achieves Silver Accreditation from Best Employers Eastern Region

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded Silver Accreditation by Best Employers Eastern Region, marking a significant milestone for the firm in our first year of participation.

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace, and to listening carefully to our people as we continue to grow.

At the beginning of last year, we launched our Business Plan for 2025–2028, underpinned by the foundation of ‘One Culture’. A key part of this ambition was to better understand how our colleagues experience working at Fosters – enabling us to benchmark ourselves externally and use those insights to help shape our future people strategy.

The response from colleagues was exceptional, with a strong level of engagement across the firm. This openness and willingness to share feedback provided valuable insight into our culture and led to an invitation to apply for Best Employers Eastern Region accreditation, culminating in the award of Silver status.

As this was our first year participating in the programme, we are extremely proud to have achieved accreditation at the first attempt. Best Employers Eastern Region independently assesses organisations on areas including employee engagement, wellbeing, leadership and development, providing a meaningful and credible benchmark of workplace experience.

Beyond the accreditation itself, the process has provided important feedback and learning opportunities that will help inform how we continue to invest in our people, support career development and enhance the colleague experience.

To recognise this achievement and thank our colleagues for their contribution, our first act of celebration was to introduce an appreciation day for every colleague – acknowledging the role each person played in achieving this milestone.
