Visiting us in Norwich: Temporary reception arrangements

At Fosters Solicitors, we are currently carrying out improvements to our Norwich office to enhance the experience of our clients and visitors.

As part of these works, from Monday 20th July our main reception area at William House, Bank Plain, Norwich will be temporarily closed while refurbishment takes place.

Where to find us

During this period, all visitors and clients attending appointments will be welcomed at our temporary reception, located just down the street from our current entrance, at:

8–10 Bank Street
Norwich
NR2 4SE

Our team will be on hand to guide you and ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible.

Attending an appointment

If you are visiting us for a pre-booked appointment, we kindly ask that, where possible, you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Our temporary reception has a smaller waiting area than usual, so this will help us make sure everyone can be welcomed comfortably and seen as promptly as possible. Thank you for your understanding while we carry out these improvements.

Accessibility and additional support

We want every visit to Fosters to be as welcoming, accessible and straightforward as possible.

If you have any accessibility requirements or if there is anything we can do to assist you ahead of your appointment, please let us know in advance. Our team will be happy to make any necessary arrangements to support your visit.

Parking information

As part of our temporary reception arrangements, parking at our Norwich office will be more limited than usual for a short period.

To help make sure everyone can access our offices comfortably, available on-site parking will be prioritised for visitors with accessibility requirements. If this applies to you, please let us know before your appointment and we will do our best to assist.

For all other visitors, there are a number of convenient public car parks nearby, along with metered parking bays on Bank Street, just across from our temporary reception.
