We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our specialist Medical Negligence & Inquests team.

We are an AvMA accredited, Legal 500 UK Top Tier recommended claimant medical negligence department, seeking an enthusiastic team player looking for their next challenge.
This is a full-time, office-based role in our Norwich office. As Legal Administrative Assistant, you will play a central role in the client intake process, acting as the first point of contact for new medical negligence enquiries.
You will manage each enquiry from initial contact through to a final decision on whether the matter should proceed, working closely with solicitors to assess the viability of potential claims. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a balance of organisation, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
