Carer advice: Podcast explores mental capacity and life planning

Our Court of Protection and vulnerable persons specialist, Paige Gouldthorpe, has recently taken part in an episode of The Care & Dementia Podcast.

Hosted by Gemma Clay of SweetPea Care, this podcast series explores a range of subjects surrounding elderly care.

However, in this episode Paige explores her role here at Fosters Solicitors and how she regularly supports families with caring responsibilities for vulnerable people of all ages, ranging from 18 to 100 years old. Paige shares her expert advice around mental capacity, deputyships and Lasting Power of Attorney.

If you are a carer for someone who’s vulnerable or would just value learning more about life planning options, the podcast is available to listen to here

If you would like to explore advice about your own specific family situation, please get in touch with Paige and her team directly who would be happy to help. Call us on 01603 620508 or complete our online enquiry form.
