Fosters secures CSE quality mark

 

The firm has again been highlighted for its desire to provide excellent customer service and client care, receiving confirmation for the fifth year in a row of its accreditation against the Customer Service Excellence Standard.

Customer Service Excellence (CSE) is a national quality mark that seeks to recognise organisations that have a truly customer-focused culture. It is also designed to promote continuous improvement. Therefore, through an annual audit, Fosters has been assessed against a number of criteria, including customer insight, culture, information and access, delivery, and timeliness and quality of service.

Lisa Petherick, Fosters Solicitors’ Head of Client Services, explains: “Having completed our yearly audit for this accreditation, we are delighted to have again been successful in achieving the CSE quality mark.

Within our audit report, we’ve received acknowledgement of the firm comfortably re-achieving the high standards necessary to continue to be accredited, which is amazing. But most welcoming to hear, is that the auditors have witnessed our colleagues’ commitment and desire to want to provide excellent customer care first hand, through talking to them and also speaking directly to our clients themselves about the service they have been provided.”
