Terms and conditions
- This offer (the “Offer”) is open to first-time buyers of residential properties and landlords selling residential properties only (Qualifying Clients).
- Subject to these terms and conditions, Qualifying Clients are entitled to a discount on the legal fees of Fosters Solicitors LLP (Fosters), as follows:
- First-time buyers of residential properties shall be entitled to a discount of 20% against Fosters’ legal fees in relation to the purchase of their residential property; and
- Landlords shall be entitled to a discount of 15% against Fosters’ legal fees in relation to the sale of their residential property.
- The discount shall only apply against Fosters’ legal fees and shall not be applied against any other costs (including but not limited to costs incurred in verifying a client’s identity or their source of funds, or costs associated with the transmission of funds such as bank transfer fees) or other third party costs or disbursements.
- The Offer shall be limited to one use per Qualifying Client.
- The Offer is not valid in respect of any advice provided by Fosters’ Commercial Property department.
- The Offer is only valid between 12 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 (Offer Period). In order to qualify for this Offer, a Qualifying Client must confirm their instructions for Fosters to proceed with the provision of legal advice in relation to the relevant property transaction during the Offer Period. The Offer will not apply to any advice provided by Fosters, if instructions for Fosters to proceed with the provision of legal advice in relation to the relevant property transaction are received before or after the Offer Period (even if the transaction completes during the Offer Period or is initially quoted for during the Offer Period).
- This Offer must be taken as stated and there is no cash value nor cash alternative. This Offer cannot at any time be redeemed for cash or credit, or exchanged for any other benefit.
- Fosters reserves the right to refuse redemption of the Offer where fraud or breach of these terms is suspected.
- The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
- Fosters reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer at its discretion.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
