Sponsored silence raises £500 for Mind

We are delighted to confirm that through their recent sponsored silence, our colleagues Lucy Butcher and Paul Dove have raised an impressive £500 for Norfolk and Waveney Mind. Well done to them, and thank you to all who sponsored them!

Mind, who are our current charity of the year, provide key support services throughout our community to help encourage people to find their voice to seek support for their mental health.

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (9th to 15th May) has been highlighting the impact of loneliness on our mental health and the practical steps people can take to address it.
