Andrea is our Practice Director and heads the Communications team. She leads on administrative and compliance management and helps drive bespoke business and partnership projects.
Andrea joined Fosters Solicitors in November 1994.
During her time at the firm she has developed responsibilities for the administration of client care, staff care, compliance and bespoke departmental and business projects including mergers with other firms, as Fosters Solicitors has continued to grow.
She became part of the management team in 2008, and in 2009 became one of the first ever non-lawyers in England and Wales to be granted partner status by The Law Society.
In 2009 she became an equity partner and has continued in her role at both Board and Executive Committee level as the Practice Director.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys cookery, travel, football and spending time with her family.
