Bethanie is a Solicitor in our Crime & Business Defence department. Bethanie regularly represents clients in the Magistrates’ Court on a diverse range of general crime matters, ranging from sexual and drug offences to violent crime and motoring offences. She is also experienced in financial crime matters and represents clients in regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
Bethanie has a background in regulatory and corporate defence with a strong practice in general and serious crime. She is known for having an excellent rapport with clients, meticulous case preparation and is dedicated to securing the best possible outcome for every client.
Bethanie qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and joined Fosters Solicitors in April 2025. She was born in Norwich and previously worked in the film industry in London before turning to law. Her first degree was in Fine Art where she studied at Central Saint Martins and the Beaux-Arts in Paris.
