Chris leads our Personal Injury & Group Actions department and brings extensive experience in personal injury law. Chris has a particular interest in workplace psychiatric injury claims and is highly skilled in representing clients involved in workplace accidents, slipping or tripping incidents, and road traffic collisions. Chris also has significant experience handling complex brain and spinal injury claims, ensuring clients receive the specialist support and compensation they deserve. He is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes with a compassionate and strategic approach.
Chris joined Fosters Solicitors in early 2018 from another firm where he had specialised in medical negligence law and claims for industrial disease, such as through exposure to asbestos in the workplace.
Since joining Fosters Solicitors, Chris has successfully represented many clients from all backgrounds and helped them to obtain the compensation they deserve following an accident. Chris has experience in pursuing claims for a wide range of injuries ranging from whiplash to serious orthopaedic injuries, as well as an excellent understanding of psychiatric injuries.
Chris is recognised as a specialist lawyer in head injury claims by Headway, the brain injury association, and is a panel member representing our Wymondham branch.
Chris is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 UK 2025.
Outside of work, Chris is a keen footballer, playing for both five and 11-a-side teams. He is also a regular gym goer. Chris was promoted to an Associate of the firm in September 2023, and to Head of the Personal Injury & Group Actions team in April 2025.
