Gemma is an Associate of the firm and leads our Client Welcome Team, who are the first point of contact for new enquiries coming into Fosters for several of our practice areas, including Residential Property and Family Law.
With a decade of experience at Fosters, starting on reception and progressing into leadership, Gemma has consistently championed client-first service.
Her team plays a vital role in making legal support accessible and reassuring from the very first interaction. Whether it’s a phone call or a face-to-face meeting, Gemma is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and answering any questions clients may have – especially when navigating what can often feel like a daunting process.
Gemma joined Fosters in February 2016 and has built her career around client engagement and operational excellence.
Outside of work, she holds a 3rd Dahn black belt in the Korean martial art of Kuk Sool Won and is an active member of the Loddon Players.
