Josie is a Solicitor in our Business & Commercial department and also forms part of our specialist Employment team. Josie has a wealth of experience running Employment Tribunal claims and provides a range of employment related advice to both employers and employees.
Josie regularly provides advice on settlement agreements, the ACAS and Tribunal process, and specialises in unfair dismissal.
Josie strives to provide a friendly, supportive, and open atmosphere with her clients. Josie will always work in line with your best interests as she understands how stressful disputes between an employer and employee can be.
Josie undertook a law degree at the University of Greenwich whilst volunteering as a Student Caseworker for the Innocence Project London. After university Josie embarked on her legal career and professional development, working hard to achieve her goals. Josie now has a variety of legal experience, working in both Criminal and Personal Injury law before specialising in Employment Law.
Outside of work, Josie enjoys watching and playing sports, trying new outdoor activities and socialising with friends.
