Kelsey is a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in our Residential Property team based in Lowestoft. She specialises in shared ownership purchase, staircasing purchase, shared equity, equity release and transfer of equity transactions, along with sale purchase and remortgage transactions.
Kelsey began her career with Fosters Solicitors in October 2013 after completing her degree in law at the University of East Anglia. Kelsey undertook the Chartered Legal Executive Course in 2015 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in February 2021. Kelsey originally worked from our Norwich Office, but was delighted to move across to the Lowestoft branch in November 2020 due to her knowledge of the surrounding area and businesses.
Kelsey prides herself on being friendly and approachable. Her overall aim is to guide clients through their transactions as smoothly and quickly as possible.
In her spare time, Kelsey is the proud mum to a little girl and enjoys going for long walks with her dog and visiting the cinema with her husband.
