Lucy heads our Family & Children department and is a vastly experienced family lawyer/advocate and member of the specialist Children Panel. She covers all elements of family law, including the financial consequences of divorce or separation, domestic violence and issues relating to children, where she tries to bring a child-centred, robust approach.
Lucy has over 25 years of experience as a family lawyer and advocate. She represents high-net-worth individuals in relation to financial issues arising from divorce, and parents and children in complex cases – including those relating to non-accidental injuries to children, and allegations of physical and sexual abuse.

Lucy is originally from Berkshire, attended universities in York and Nottingham and completed her post-graduate legal studies in London. She moved to Norwich in 1996. She joined Fosters Solicitors as a trainee solicitor soon afterwards, later becoming an equity partner. Outside work, Lucy enjoys literature, art, travel, nature, the gym and socialising with friends and family.
