Lynn is a Litigation Executive in our Personal Injury & Group Actions team. She brings her extensive experience of the claims portal system to specialise in road traffic accident, accident at work and slip and trip claims.
Having started her career in the law in 1988 as a PA, Lynn moved into a fee-earning role in 2000, managing a caseload of 150 personal injury and uninsured loss files. Following a career break when she spent 12 months as an in-house conference manager, Lynn returned to the law as a claims handler working for two large insurers for eight years and gaining an in-depth knowledge of the claims portal system before joining Fosters Solicitors in 2014.
Lynn is a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in The Legal 500 UK 2024.
