In March 2024, Fosters Solicitors were delighted to announce a partnership with the then Norfolk Cricket Board, which saw the firm sponsor the Norfolk Boys’ Under-13s and Norfolk Girls’ Under-18s.
Commenting on the news, Fosters Solicitors’ Commercial Director, Will Hoy said: “We are thrilled to be joining up with both the NCB and NCCC for the season ahead. This is our first venture into local cricket, and one we are excited to pursue at all levels of the game, with NCCC representing the senior sport in the county and our NCB sponsorship supporting two junior teams.
“These relationships add a different dimension to our already strong sports-based partnerships and Fosters Sport + Entertainment client-base, and we are also looking forward to forging even more connections with the business and cricket communities involved with both organisations.”
In April 2025, the organisation relaunched as the Norfolk Cricket Foundation, having obtained charitable status.
Though our partnership, our Business & Commercial team helped support them through their legal transition to a charity.
Lewis Denmark, NCF Cricket Development Director, added: “We are very much looking forward to working with the Fosters Solicitors team and welcoming them into the portfolio of businesses supporting Norfolk youth teams. We run boys’ and girls’ teams from Under-11s to Under-18s, so partnerships like this are essential in helping us sustain the county pathway for our youngsters.”
We were delighted to join the Foundation at their launch event in April 2025 at The Nest, where we joined fellow stakeholders to celebrate this news and hear about the Foundation’s new brand and strategic four-year countywide plan, ‘A Game for Everyone 2025-2028’.
