Fosters appoints Joint Heads of Commercial Property

Fosters Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Katy Dickinson and Ashley Roe as joint heads of its Commercial Property department.

With more than 21 years of combined experience at Fosters, Katy and Ashley have built a strong reputation for providing practical, commercially focused legal advice to businesses, landlords, tenants and property owners across East Anglia.

Their expertise spans a broad range of commercial property matters, including the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions, advising both buyers and sellers, commercial lease arrangements for landlords and tenants, and residential and commercial lease renewals and extensions. Their work complements the firm’s wider Business & Commercial offering, including its award-winning Fosters In House service, which provides bespoke fixed-price legal support to businesses across the region and beyond.

The Commercial Property team supports a diverse range of clients, from local business owners and property investors to established companies and organisations with extensive property portfolios. Whether assisting with a commercial lease, business acquisition or complex property transaction, the team is known for delivering clear, pragmatic advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
