Throughout the year, Fosters Solicitors hosts and attends a variety of events in association with our business and community partners, as well as undertaking activities to support the well-being of our colleagues and our wider local community network.
October saw us undertake another great variety of activities across the firm – helping celebrate our partnerships and the community we work with.
We were delighted to announce that Fosters has been ranked in several practice areas in the national Legal 500 UK 2026 for the East Anglia region. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering legal excellence, exceptional client service, and specialist expertise across multiple sectors. Notably, three of our teams have attained top tier status – the highest possible ranking. Additionally, 22 of our lawyers received individual special recognition, being listed as Leading Partners, Next Generation Partners, and Leading Associates.

Our monthly legal surgeries at Royal Norwich continued, with our Wills, Trusts & Probate team on hand to support members with their legal enquiries.
As Corporate Members of Norwich Theatre, we were privileged to enjoy a special behind-the-scenes tour of the Theatre Royal during the touring production of the musical Hamilton. The experience included a close look at the remarkable set and costumes, as well as an introduction to the efforts required to stage such a production.

Each month, alongside our partners Norwich City Football Club, we recognise outstanding contributions to our community. In October, eight-year-old Leo was named our Community Hero for his exceptional fundraising efforts supporting the Community Sports Foundation during this year’s Junior Run Norwich race. Our property litigation and commercial property specialists, Tyler Clayton and Ashley Roe, attended the Safe Suffolk Renters event in Bury St. Edmunds. There, they provided focused support to landlords regarding the Renters’ Rights Bill, reinforcing our commitment to accessible legal guidance.

Our Wills, Trusts & Probate team based in Lowestoft launched their new monthly legal surgeries at Sam’s Wellbeing Hub +Café. These drop-in sessions, held on the last Thursday of every month, offer community members the opportunity to discuss Wills and life planning in an accessible, welcoming environment.

To close out the month, we organised a Halloween-themed dress down day. This fun event helped raise funds for our charity of the year, Finnbar’s Force, combining team spirit with vital support for a charitable cause – thanks to all those who took part!
