Nimisha Bhayani
Nimisha is a Solicitor who specialises in group action and product liability claims, including those arising from defective products. She works very closely with group action and product liability specialist Steve Green in our Personal Injury team.

Nimisha has vast experience in representing clients and families who have suffered injury and loss as a result of a personal injury matter, or negligent medical treatment. She is passionate about her work and has an empathetic approach, always seeking to ensure that we achieve the best possible outcome.
Before joining Fosters, Nimisha undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.She qualified as a solicitor in 2012, having trained in a London-based firm, where she was practising personal injury and clinical negligence law. She progressed her career with a Legal 500 top-tier Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence practice in the Midlands.
In her spare time, Nimisha enjoys socialising with family and friends. She also enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures. Nimisha is also a keen skier having mastered red and black slopes in both Austria and France.
