Bethanie Mantin
Bethanie is a Solicitor in our Crime & Business Defence department. She regularly represents clients in the Magistrates’ Court on a diverse range of general crime matters, ranging from sexual and drug offences to violent crime and motoring offences.
She is also experienced in financial crime matters and represents clients in regulatory investigations and prosecutions.

Bethanie also works on Coroner’s inquests, where she represents interested persons and holds a diploma in Forensic Medical Science.
Bethanie qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and joined Fosters Solicitors in April 2025. She was born in Norwich and previously worked in the film industry in London before turning to law. Her first degree was in Fine Art where she studied at Central Saint Martins and the Beaux-Arts in Paris.
