Debby Bluss
Debby is a vastly experienced Licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years working in property law. She specialises in equity release, shared ownership, as well as residential sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, first registrations, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, transfers of part (sale or purchase of garden land) and retirement properties.

Debby joined Fosters Solicitors in March 2022, having started her career as a legal secretary and then building up her substantial residential property law experience working in Legal 500-recognised firms in London and Hertfordshire. She became an Associate of the firm in September 2025.
Debby grew her practical experience whilst also studying remotely with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015.
Debby enjoys supporting her clients with all aspects of residential conveyancing, but is growing her specialism in supporting people looking to release equity through their properties. Debby is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
Outside of work, Debby enjoys the Norfolk countryside with her husband, spending time with her two Bengal cats, watching Norwich City FC, knitting and walking. She is also a volunteer seal warden for Friends of Horsey Seals.
