Harriet Woodward
Harriet is a Senior Associate and Deputy Head of our Medical Negligence & Inquests team. Harriet has been practising since 2012 and has previously conducted litigation for both claimants and defendants.
She has experience of managing a broad-spectrum caseload, to include dealing with medical negligence claims across all types of clinical specialism, ranging in both complexity and value.

Harriet has previously worked in both private practice and in-house settings and has acted for both patients and practitioners. Having joined Fosters Solicitors in 2023, her focus is now on assisting those who have suffered avoidable harm. Harriet manages a broad-spectrum caseload, ranging in both complexity and value.
She has experience in dealing with medical and dental negligence claims across all types of clinical specialism, to include (but not limited to) alleged negligent surgery and/or treatment, failures to treat, incorrect and delayed diagnoses and consent cases, where physical and/or psychiatric injury have occurred.
Harriet is also experienced in dealing with Inquest matters.
