Holly-Mae is a in house HR Advisor in our Business & Commercial department and also forms part of our specialist Employment team. They support in-house clients with a wide range of employment law and HR matters, including HR and advisory support, drafting employment contracts and workplace policies, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, and assisting with redundancy processes.

Coming from an HR background, Holly-Mae has over five years’ experience working in London across a range of sectors. This diverse experience has given her a broad understanding of different industries, the challenges they face, and the people strategies that help organisations succeed. Working with businesses of varying sizes has enabled her to develop a well-rounded, practical approach to HR that meets the needs of both employers and employees.
Holly-Mae prides herself on being friendly, approachable and supportive, making sure every client feels comfortable and confident throughout the process. She believes clear communication, reliability and a positive attitude are key to excellent service, building trust through professionalism, honesty and consistency.
Outside of work, Holly-Mae enjoys spending time in her garden and allotment and walking her pet corgi, Horace.
